Who this policy covers
This policy describes information handled by Antarctic Games in connection with the Rule Masters Arbiter plugin and the Rule Masters website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through support.
Using the Arbiter
The plugin supplies game instructions, card lists, and reference material to ChatGPT or Codex. It has no publisher-operated server, account system, external tool connection, or payment system. The package does not send your prompts, photos, or rulings to Antarctic Games.
OpenAI processes the conversation and any photos you choose to upload through its services. Its privacy information, account settings, and data controls govern that processing. This policy does not replace OpenAI's terms or describe data that OpenAI handles independently.
Photograph only the game setup where possible. Avoid including people, documents, or other personal information that the Arbiter does not need.
Visiting this website
The current website code has no analytics script, advertising tracker, contact form, or account registration. It does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. The copy-example button writes the selected example to your clipboard only when you choose it.
Website hosting
Render hosts this static website on a global content delivery network. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical information such as your IP address and web requests. Render's logging documentation says static sites do not emit logs; we do not receive individual visitor request logs through that system.
Render provides aggregate bandwidth metrics. Its documented dashboard metrics retention is 7, 14, or 30 days, depending on the hosting plan. These are service usage totals, not a visitor profile maintained by Antarctic Games.
Render's own privacy policy describes retaining device/IP information as needed to keep its systems operating, without a fixed number of days. Dashboard retention is not a promise that all internal hosting data is deleted on that schedule. Render controls that processing and retention. Its global network can process requests outside your country.
When you contact support
Support is available through our Discord community. If you post there, the people responding can see your Discord profile, message, and any attachments you choose to share. We use what you provide to answer your question or investigate the problem. Other members may see messages according to the channel's permissions.
We do not maintain a separate customer database or an automatic support-message deletion schedule. Messages stay on Discord until deleted, subject to Discord's policies and controls. You can delete your own messages and ask the server moderators for help removing a post. Discord may retain some information after deletion as described in its retention policy.
Discord's privacy policy governs its handling of your account and activity. Joining Discord is optional and is not required to use the Arbiter. Do not post sensitive personal information, passwords, or full conversation histories.
Your choices
Antarctic Games does not collect or retain your Arbiter chats, photos, or a personal browsing history through this website or plugin, so there is no publisher-held record of those activities for us to delete. For information you choose to share with us on Discord, contact support to request access, correction, or removal. Please identify the relevant message without reposting private information.
Use OpenAI's controls for your ChatGPT or Codex conversations and Discord's controls for your Discord account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page and its date if the plugin, website, or support process changes how information is handled.
